Casa Calabria

This is my fourth time getting take-out from Casa Calabria. This time I ordered the Penne with Garlic Cream sauce which came with a side of garlic bread, Mozzarella roll-ups with tangy ranch sauce. The penne was cooked just right. I wish there was more sauce to go with it, though. It has good flavor, but just not enough for every bite. I think I prefer their alfredo sauce. I also think I prefer the farfalle shape to the penne, but that's personal preference. The garlic bread that accompanies the pasta is terrific and a reason to order from Casa Calabria. The roll-ups are a spin on mozzarella sticks - they are lightly fried on the outside (they almost looked baked) and have a sizable dose of mozzarella inside. The tangy ranch is exactly that- tangy. I don't think it goes well with the roll-ups, although it has great flavor. I'd like to try them with marinara next time.
